Conley's Return Policy

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, Conley’s will accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase, as long as the product meets our return policy criteria.

Return/Exchange Authorization

All returns for credit must have the prior written approval of an authorized representative of Conley's and must be for justifiable reasons. The credit extended for such approved returns will be based on the invoice value at time of purchase, or such lower value as may then represent our current pricing.

Restocking Fee

All returns will be assessed a handling and restocking charge of 25% (of original price) unless otherwise approved by Conley's authorized representative.

Damaged/Used Items

No items shall be returned for credit which have been damaged or rendered unusable. Unless otherwise approved by Conley's authorized representative, all returned items should be freight prepaid by Purchaser..

How to Process Your Return/Exchange

Conley's recommends that you send your unused and undamaged product back via a reputable shipping carrier who provides comprehensive tracking information. We also recommend that you insure all of your items for the true value in case anything should happen to it during transit.
