ROLL-FORM Technology

SUPERIOR STRENGTH
By forming pre-galvanized steel into "HAT" sections, Conley's is able to incorporate the same strength-enhancing principles applied to industrial "I" beams. Pound for pound, Conley's ROLL-FORM sections provide greater resistance to the devastating forces of snow and wind when compared to round pipe or square tube assemblies.

ROLL-FORM sections direct more strength to the longer axis of the metal.

Independent certification concludes Conley's 3" tall (16 Gauge - 50 ksi) hat section will deflect only 40% as much as a 2" square tube (16 Gauge - 50 ksi).

EXTENDED PRODUCT LIFE
ROLL-FORM mills incorporate a COLD FORM process which preserves the integrity of the metal's galvanizing finish. By starting out with only premier galvanized product, and incorporating COLD FORM manufacturing procedures, Conley's insures long product life and reliability.

Conley's use of COLD FORM procedures protects the metal's galvanizing features.

As opposed to conventional drilling, Conley's incorporates a punch process, further preserving the metal's finish.

FLEXIBILITY
Incorporating continuous coils of pre-galvanized metal, ROLL-FORM mills incur virtually no material waste and can generate sections of steel as long as necessary. This means that Conley's can form wider houses out of a single piece of steel versus some manufacturers who are forced to "splice" their trusses together.

Continuous coils of steel reduces waste.

Square tubes and round pipes are typically a available in 24' lengths maximum.

STRONGER CONNECTIONS
Due to numerous flat surfaces inherent to Conley's ROLL-FORM hat sections, truss to purlin connections offer increased strength and reliability.

Conley's 1000 thru 5000 SERIES greenhouses offer two bolt-together connections from arch to purlin increasing structural integrity.

Conley's 6500 and 7500 SERIES greenhouses incorporate heavy-duty purlin clips for maximum strength.

ANTI-CONDENSATE CONTROL FEATURES
ROLL-FORM mills allow Conley's the ability to create channels within the 6500 and 7500 SERIES hat sections which allow for the interception and removal of condensate naturally generated within the greenhouse.
